Directions:
Apply approximately a dime-sized amount on the wrist or on the
stomach just below the navel and gently massage into the skin
with the fingertips. Best if used after bathing. May be applied
1-2 times per day. Best used every day just after the menstrual
cycle and continuing for three consecutive weeks. Do not use during
menstrual period. Do not ingest.
